No activity logs explained in plain English

Every VPN says it is private. We would rather just tell you exactly what we keep and what we do not.

No activity logs, explained in plain English

What we do not keep

We do not keep a record of the websites or services you visit. We do not keep DNS query logs and we do not keep the content of your traffic.

That is what we mean by no activity logs.

What we do keep

To run an account we need a few things. Your email address, your plan and the payment details our payment provider handles for paid plans.

Running any VPN means handling IP addresses for a moment to route your traffic. What we do not do is keep a log linking your IP to what you do online.

Why we keep it simple

Data we never keep cannot leak, be sold or be handed over. Keeping less is the easiest way to keep your trust.

Our privacy policy goes into the detail section by section if you want the full picture.

How to check any VPN policy

  1. Find the section that lists what is collected.
  2. Look for browsing history, DNS queries and traffic content by name.
  3. Check who the company is and where it is based.
