Soon. New Zealand exits are on the ROOT roadmap, with Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch planned. Until they are live, New Zealand shows as "coming soon" in the app rather than being selectable. We only list countries you can genuinely exit from.
Can I watch TVNZ+ with ROOT?
Once New Zealand servers go live, connect and open TVNZ+ as normal. Until then New Zealand is not selectable in the app. We do not fake a location by quietly routing you somewhere else.
Does ROOT keep logs of what I do in New Zealand?
No. ROOT keeps no activity logs on any server, and the New Zealand exits will be no different when they go live. We do not record the sites you visit or what you stream, so there is nothing to hand over and nothing to sell.
