Connect to a ROOT server in the USA. Connect to a ROOT server in the country whose Netflix library you want. A US exit gives you the American catalogue; a Japanese exit opens Japan's anime-heavy library; a UK exit surfaces the British selection. You can pick a city on the the USA VPN page.
When you open Netflix it reads your IP address and locks you to that country's catalogue. Travel, move house or use a work network abroad and the titles you were part-way through can simply disappear.
